Why we built it
We got the invoice, then we built the alternative
We ran real stores in more than 20 countries. We paid Shopify, then paid again for a translation app that billed us to translate SKUs, an email tool that charged by contact instead of by use, and a warehouse system that got the weight wrong. Every tool was overpriced, underbuilt, and none of them talked to each other. So we built the versions we wanted, and we run our own business on them.
